We can ship to international addresses with the following restrictions.

Duties and Brokerage Fees

The customer is liable for all duties, taxes and brokerage charges. You will be charged for these fees when the package arrives. These charges can be quite high depending on the country. As much as 50% of the parts price in some places. If you are surprised by the import duties that your country is charging you and you refuse the package, you will still be liable for the duties and return shipping to RRE. Your credit card will be refunded the amount less all charges incurred to get the parts back to us. Be sure to check your local laws and regulations regarding these charges. Best would be to talk to friends that have purchased from the US before for their experiences.

We can not lower the price on the invoice for customs because then we can not insure the shipment for the full value. We find it difficult to justify insuring a package for $900 when we are claiming it is only worth $50 :-P

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover cards only. We will only ship to the address listed with your credit card company. We will also need to verify with your bank that the address is correct with someone that speaks English or Spanish.

We can accept PayPal for international shipments as long as it is to the PayPal account verified address.

Postal Service vs. UPS/Fed Ex

Generally UPS charges high brokerage fees to deal with the importation paperwork. Yes they suck but they are much more reliable than the postal services and supply better tracking and pay insurance claims better.

 We can use the Postal Service as a favor to you to try to save you some money however If you request Postal Service you will accept responsibility for any missing or lost packages. We can not afford to spend the extra time driving to and waiting in line at the post office only to lose more money because the Postal Service in your country lost the package when it got to you. We will do everything in our power to assist you and the Post Office process any insurance claim for lost or damaged package, but we will not refund any money if the claim is denied or delayed.

Canada Information

We have had good luck shipping to Canada lately by the Post Office. Priority Mail takes 6-10 days and runs about the same price as UPS Ground but with out the excessive $40 brokerage charges that UPS is asking for. 

The Post Office uses Fed Ex for their Global Express Guaranteed service so there isn't a savings to use it over Fed EX or UPS for speed. If you can be a little patient USPS Priority Mail is the best deal. The post Office does have size restrictions and exhaust systems are too large for them. Exhaust systems still need to go by UPS Ground.
