AEM Water/Alcohol Injection Kit

The Water Injection Kit is a safe and economical way to reduce air inlet and combustion temperatures to increase boost pressure for more power. Finally a true Plug n' Play Ignition for Eclipse/Talon. No more mis-fires on high rpm and boost. True Plug n' Play retains your factory harness. No cutting or splicing. On requires a direct lead to the battery. ARC-2 creates a more intense, shorter duration spark. This particular unit puts out more voltage, and double or more the stock spark energy.

EVO III Exhaust Manifolds

These have the same runner diameter as the 2G exhaust manifolds but they have the larger collector that matches the larger inlet to a 16G with a 7cm exhaust housing. They do save a lot of time porting however. They are a direct bolt on for a 2G, they require the same slight trimming on one corner when used on a 1G to clear the P/S bracket as a 2G manifold would need. We also have the factory sealing rings to fit the 7cm size opening. This gives the gasket some protection if you leave the step there on the manifold and the turbo.

RRE Camber Plates and Upper Bearing Plates

These camber plates are best used for cars running 2.5" diameter coil over springs. While we do offer them set up for use with stock diameter springs and stock upper spring perches, you will loose most of the possible negative camber adjustment because the bigger diameter spring will hit the inner strut apron. 

They are best for guys that need a lot of negative camber and change and adjust camber often. Every time you change camber, you will need to reset the toe in adjustment. Because of this, ideally you will have a grasp of automotive wheel alignment methods and have something to measure camber with. Something as simple as a carpenter's protractor will do it. 

While they can be used to fix negative camber caused by a car being stupid low, that is not their purpose. We'd like to see these going on cars that get autocrossed and go to time trials and open tracking days. 

A nice feature of our camber plates is that when used with coil over springs, they separate the shock load from the spring loads. Most camber plates will put both loads into the spherical bearing, severely shortening it's service life. We separate the spring load onto a flat radial bearing. All of the camber plate parts are available separately for service and repair.

These are cast aluminum front upper control arms. These arms allows you bring back the front suspension to within specs. They are adjustable for camber and caster. They come with new upper adjustable ball joints and eccentric pivot bolts.

This race BOV will hold whatever boost you are running from 7psi to 35+psi. We are only stocking the "race" 11 psi spring and with either a Silver or Red anodized finish. Comes complete with weld-on flange and hardware. Please specify flange material when ordering. Aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel. If you don't specify; mild steel will be provided. Manifold Differential Pressure (MPD) Sensor Adapter

This billet adapter allows you to remove the stock MDP sensor and screw in a 1/8" NPT barbed fitting or AEM 3.5/5.0 bar pressure sensor to the stock 2G Eclipse or EVO intake manifold. Not necessarily intended for use with stock ECU vehicles. 2Gs running  a DSMLink  can disable the MDP sensor and bolt this up and use it as an extra boost source. Comes with 1/8"NPT barb fitting and you must reuse your stock o-ring.

2G Eclipse 1G Motor Swap CAS  Harness

This is a cam angle sensor  harness for those of you who plan on swapping 6-bolt motor in your 2G's.  

What it does: It keeps you from digging around in junk yards for the connectors to make everything plug in. It allows you to not understand tricky wiring diagrams. It connects to a 91-94 1G Eclipse CAS on one side and at the other end it plugs into your 2G wire harness where your old 2G cam and crank angle sensors would have in order to give a cam and crank position signal to the ECU.

What it does not do: It does not help you deal with any potential random misfire codes. It does not read and understand for you all the information here and here. It does not make a 1G motor instantly magically start and run in your 2G. It does not explain you the difference between trying to use a green lid or black lid sensor. It does not work if you buy a '90 CAS. 

On '97-'99 Eclipses, you need to grab this blue wire from the 2G CAM sensor plug and solder to the white wire coming out the CAS harness.

PTE Turbochargers

     We're now stocking PTE SCM50 internally gated turbochargers.  PTE turbos come standard with Precision's TA31 style exhaust housings with a Mitsubishi Eclipse style flange with an A/R of  .63  The SCM50 comes with the T31 turbine wheel with a 2.559" inducer and 2.229" exducer (76 trim).  Each turbo comes with a 360-degree race thrust bearing center section and a T04E compressor cover with a 3-inch inlet and 2-inch outlet.  The SCM50 has a 54mm compressor wheel that has a 2.123" inducer and 3.000" exducer (50 trim).  Non-water cooled and non-ball bearing.  This turbo bolts up to stock DSM exhaust manifold and O2 housing.  The turbo does not not require porting.  Enough air flow for well over 450hp if properly tuned.  At this time we're only stocking internally gated and non-clipped 50 Trim PTE turbo.  Please specify car year and current intercooler setup.  Please note that a 90 degree elbow is not welded on to the compressor housing.  Comes with our 7cm SS turbo inlet gasket and oil drain gasket.

Eagle H-beam Rods

Eagle Specialty Products "ESP" H-Beam rods. These rods are made using a 2-piece forging process which results in superior fatigue resistance. It is made of 4340 steel with a higher nickel and chrome content which is vacuum degassed and shot peened. We've had great success using these rods for high horsepower applications.

KYO-EI 52mm wheel studs

52 mm longer wheel studs enable you to run spacers or wider rims safely since there are more threads for the lug nut .  Perfect  replacement those worn, raggedy, old factory studs.  Stock length is 30mm.  Thread size is 12x1.5.  You can hammer out the old studs but remember you have to press the new one in.  20 per pack enough to do a one car.  Sorry we can't sell  individual studs, you can buy 4 studs at a time for $13.

Fits all common modern Mitsubishi cars.

EVO III O2 Housing:
These are BIG. They have a larger inlet hole for the turbine flow, larger wastegate passage, and a larger outlet. The bolt spacing on the outlet flange is wider, this makes easier to adapt a  custom 3" down pipe. They have a slightly different angle at the DP flange. If you already have a 2.5" DP with a slotted flange, it is _possible_ to bolt it up to an EVO O2 housing. Usually it will stress the flex section too much so it should be considered a temporary solution only. We include a larger flange and also the larger inlet and DP gaskets with the O2 housing to make things easier for you.

Billet Spark Plug Wire Cover

We were never happy with all the cute plug wire covers available. We had always preferred to just leave the cover off to let any heat out. Our CNC machined thick aluminum cover is vented to let out heat but still give a nice custom look. Stainless steel fasteners are included. It is available in the raw CNC finish (shown) or highly  polished.
