The vent hose that runs from the valve cover to the turbo inlet hose
puts a lot of oily blow by into the intake tract and intercooler and
piping. When oil builds up inside the intercooler, it drastically
reduces the intercooler efficiency. To prevent this, many people install
a filter onto the end of the hose instead and put a plug on the
fitting where it went into the inlet hose. Cheap fix ($10 for the
filter) but it makes a mess now in the engine compartment instead of
inside the intercooler pipes. This new smaller catch can will hold the
oil that blows out, it also allows you to gauge how much oil is coming
out. |
Overall height is 7 1/2", Body dia. is 2 1/2". Filter is 1 1/2" tall by 2" dia. Race cars only, not smog legal. |

RRE Upper Intercooler Pipe '95-99 |

| If you have replaced the stock air box with
the GReddy air filter you can see the flat spots & kinks in the
black plastic intake pipe. Our pipe kit replaces this with a 2 1/4"
diameter mandrel bent pipe. It is powder coated a dark gray metallic
color with a fitting for the GReddy S-type bypass valve (not included),
and all necessary hardware and instructions.
The pipe comes with either a flange for a GReddy Type S BOV or the 90-94 Eclipse (1G) stock BOV. |

| The stock 95-99 plastic valve leaks, limiting
the amount of boost you can run. Can be used with the Road/Race intake
pipe, or with our adapter to the stock pipe ($27).
1989-94 requires no adapter - the stock flange gets re-drilled so that the bolt holes are closer together and tapped for 6mm x 1.0 threads. |

| The BOV that came stock on the 90-94 Eclipse turbo is actually quite nice. Not as pretty as the GReddy valve but will hold up to 18 psi with out modifications. On 2G Eclipses, the wide two bolt flange requires the purchase of our I/C pipe or an adapter to bolt it on. | |||||||||

| This pipe extends from our upper I/C pipe to the throttle body. It replaces the 2 1/4" TB elbow with a 2 3/8" mandrel bent pipe. We use the stock upper hose for it's 90 degree bend. You will have to cut the stock upper hose. This pipe is the same inside diameter as the 1G 60mm throttle body. Powder coated a charcoal gray metallic color. We have no idea if it will fit other shop's upper I/C pipes. | |||||||||

runs from the stock T-25 turbo or T-28 Upgrade to the stock I/C
location. Also fits 20G, Frank and Garrett T3/T4 turbos with a 2"

Big GReddy 2G FMIC KIT |

| It's big. The Core that GReddy uses for this kit is 23" by 11". All piping to go to and from the stock intercooler location is included along with the necessary mounting brackets. On the 97-99 cars the fog lights will remain, on the 95-96 cars they have to go. It is built with the '97-'98 front bumper in mind however it will work on the '95-'96 bumper, you will most likely remove the grill strakes. Some cutting must be done on the end of the bumper reinforcement. It is not in an area where it will affect structural integrity. | |||||||||
RRE GReddy upgrade lower U-pipe.Upgrade from 2" inch to 2.25". Comes with two 2.25" hoses and four heavy duty hose clamps. Powder coated gray for 95-99 Eclipse with GReddy FMIC kit. Will fit Type-24 and small Type-18 FMIC kit. With the Type-24 kit things are tight and will require some careful fitting and pipe wrangling depending on your fog light set up. |

RRE Complete Intercooler Kit for 1G Only $800Includes 2 1/4" lower piping and 2 1/2" upper piping to and from the stock I/C location. Uses the Griffin/Spearco 18" x 6" inch top to bottom flow intercooler. Minor non-structural trimming of the bumper reinforcement necessary. Does not interfere with the oil cooler, A/C system, or power steering lines. You will have to toss the right fog light. The lower tank hangs down below the bumper cover about 1", forget about it if you are in the weeds. |

| We are using a Griffin 18" x
6" x 2.75" core that flows top to bottom. We then use Spearco
cast aluminum end tanks welded on with the inlet and outlet either on
the same side or opposite sides. There are threaded mounting lugs for
easier mounting. Inlet and outlet hose fitting diameter is 2

Magnus Intake ManifoldThis proven manifold has been dynoed over 600hp. We are stocking them flanged for a 1G style throttle body, or $100 extra we can special order one flanged for a Mustang style throttle body. If you ask a million questions, ask how to install it, ask why your upper intercooler pipe doesn't line up, and why do you need it then maybe it's not for you.
