AEM’s TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller is an electronic boost controller that combines the simplicity of a manual boost controller with the added ease of adjusting boost levels through a gauge interface. There is no external interface required for set up, and it is fully functional right out of the box. There are no gimmicks or special software programs included. This is an EVO specific kit. Includes adapter. The BOV is modified by us to fit clean, not rub the hoses, recirculate the air back into the turbo intake pipe and won't surge like other BOVs. The Type S BOV is the most adjustable and versatile BOV on the market today.

Apex'i  AFC Neo

The Apex'i S-AFC (Super Air Flow Controller) Allows fine tuning of the air/fuel ratio. It is perfect for compensating for an open air filter and exhaust mods that can make your EVO otherwise run rich. It's best use however is in allowing you to install larger fuel injectors. The S-AFC will compensate for the larger injectors and also allow you a little additional ignition advance at the same time. Excellent for applications for up to around 400 hp at the wheels. The best and easiest entry level fuel controller available for your EVO.

ECU Jumper Harness EVO

Allows for an easier and cleaner install for the Apex'i AFC, the Zeitronix Wide Band O2 or anything else that requires splicing into at the ECU. This harness makes for an easier conversion back to stock if you need to take your EVO into Satan to have it looked at, also if you are constantly playing with things at the ECU it saves wear and tear on the factory harness. Upgrade Fuel Injectors 

More fuel will allow you to run higher boost. But you cant just put in bigger bigger injectors with out some way to control them, you would just run rich all the time. The ECU will still trigger the bigger injectors as if they were still stock. Each time they open however, more fuel will flow out. The car would be slower and you would just hit the ECU's fuel cut. A fuel controller like the AFC will trick the ECU into thinking that there is less air flow. It will then trigger the bigger injectors less and even things out. Since the ECU does not see all of the actual air flow, you wont hit the fuel cut off and you'll get better ignition timing advance. Note these are not the internet dormroom.com  cheapy brand. Stock EVO injector size is 560cc.

Walbro 255 LPH High Pressure Fuel Pump

This higher flowing direct fit fuel pump is an easy install. Best for cars running higher boost an up over 300 hp at the wheels. The stock fuel pump can deal with higher flows but not for long. It begins to overheat and flow drops off the more you beat on it. The Walbro pump will fix that. For cars running a consistent 450+ hp look into higher flowing options.

Finally a true Plug n' Play Ignition for EVO 8. No more mis-fires on high rpm and boost. True Plug n' Play retains your factory harness. No cutting or splicing. On requires a direct lead to the battery. ARC-2 creates a more intense, shorter duration spark. This particular unit puts out more voltage, and double or more the stock spark energy.

Note, this kit requires the use of Montero coils (MD303922) since they don't have the ignitor built in the coils. We also stock the Montero coils or you can purchase them locally from your dealer.

NGK Spark Plugs
These are OE replacement and 1-2 heat range colder than stock for those who running crazy high boost. Colder plugs will retain less heat between combustion cycles, thereby reducing the tendency toward damaging detonation elevated boost levels.  8 and 9 heat range are recommended for those who track/drag their cars and boosting more than 22psi. Please specify EVO 8 or 9 when ordering.

GReddy Upgrade Intercooler Kit R-Spec Core

This larger GReddy intercooler is a direct bolt on with no cutting required. Kit includes larger aluminum piping from the turbo to the intercooler. Also a larger aluminum pipe from the intercooler outlet to just under the air box area. The 24R-Spec core has a higher efficiency inner tube design to dissipate heat better than the standard V-Spec core.

Handcrafted polished all T-304 stainless steel including the flanges. Beautiful TIG welds and fully hand ported internally. Bolts to the stock DP or any of the aftermarket down pipes. Not really a simulator or fancy electronic box. Just an adapter to move the rear (downstream) O2 sensor out of the exhaust flow more to keep the check engine light from bugging you, should it be on for some reason :-/

HKS Cams

The 264 duration cams are the street cams, the 272 duration cams are the race cams. Everyone is building a "race" car in their mind, sure. But if you care about a silky smooth idle, get the street cams. Don't buy the 272s and run to a message board like a bitch and whine about the lumpity idle. If you think you have a street/race car... get the 264 intake and the 272 exhaust. It is a nice compromise.

HKS 280 "Race" Cams

The HKS 280's are meant heavily modified cars only. They are very lumpy and most cars would not idle unless you run some type of stand alone engine management system.  Upgraded valve springs, spring retainers, and adjustable cam gears are highly recommend to take full advantage of this grind. $40.00 off if purchased with AEM cam gears.

Manifold Differential Pressure (MPD) Sensor Adapter

This billet adapter allows you to remove the stock MDP sensor and screw in a 1/8" NPT barbed fitting or AEM 3.5/5.0 bar pressure sensor to the stock 2G Eclipse or EVO intake manifold. Not necessarily intended for use with stock ECU vehicles. 2Gs running  a DSMLink  can disable the MDP sensor and bolt this up and use it as an extra boost source. Comes with 1/8"NPT barb fitting and you must reuse your stock o-ring.

Energy Suspension Bushings

These are stiffer bushings that will take out mush of the unwanted flex in your suspension arms. The stock bushings (especially the rear arm bushings) have a whole bunch of slop and play built into them for God knows why. Whiners will notice a slight increase in road noise and whine about it (or at least theorize about it on some message board) and the cool kids will just install them, love them and go fast. Install requires removing the suspension arms, pressing out the old stock bushings and pressing in the new urethane bushings. Along with a good alignment and a rear sway bar upgrade, part of our Stage One suspension upgrade package.

KYO-EI 52mm wheel studs

52 mm longer wheel studs enable you to run spacers or wider rims safely since there are more threads for the lug nut .  Perfect  replacement those worn, raggedy, old factory studs.  Stock length is 30mm.  Thread size is 12x1.5.  You can hammer out the old studs but remember you have to press the new one in.  20 per pack enough to do a one car.  Sorry we can't sell  individual studs, you can buy 4 studs at a time for $13.

RRE Slotted Brake Rotors

These stock size high quality rotors are CNC milled in a directional pattern. The slots are then radiused and the rotors are balanced. The slotting helps reduce brake fade by getting rid of hot gasses between the brake pad and rotor. Braking in wet conditions is also improved. The rotor centers are black phosphate E Coated to stay looking good longer.

Performance Friction Floating Rotors

These are stock diameter and thickness replacement rotors but with a true full "floating design" built into the hat. This floating design allows for proper heat expansion with out distortion. They are dimpled (not drilled) instead of slotted. Being a true floating rotor, when you mash the pedal with race pads and they're going to make a little noise like a Zzzzzzzzz sound  :-) Street pads will make a slight whirring noise to when braking.  Nice budget alternative until you save up enough lunch money to get the Stoptechs.

Magnus Sheetmetal Intake Manifold

This proven manifold has been dynoed well over 600hp. Now included on all Magnus manifolds are 180 degree radiused CNC velocity stacks. We are stocking them flanged for a stock style throttle body, or $100 extra we can special order one flanged for a Mustang style throttle body.  If you ask a million questions, ask how to install it, ask why your upper intercooler pipe doesn't line up, and why do you need it... then maybe it's not for you.  Does not come with throttle body gasket or intake manifold gasket. Air fittings are included.
