AEM FIC Fuel - Ignition Controller

The AEM FIC is an innovative universal piggyback tuning system. Designed for normally aspirated vehicles that have been converted to forced induction, the FIC works in conjunction with your factory ECU to increase fueling for boosted applications and can alter timing without throwing check engine lights and triggering 'limp' mode.
AEM’s F/IC is a PC-programmable piggy-back controller that allows users to retard timing and add fuel to virtually any engine, even on variable cam timing engines (VTEC, iVTEC, VVTi, MiVEC, etc.). The F/IC is the perfect solution for eliminating outdated FMUs and “boost hiding” electronics and is ideal for newer cars with knock detection that have non-factory forced induction systems.

AEM Tru-Power Pulley

AEM's under drive alternator pulley spins the alternator a little slower to free up some additional horse power to the wheels. The pulley is made from  hardened aluminum and is available in red, blue or clear anodized finish. Install requires removal and reinstall of the alternator, expect to take about 2-3 hours if you do it your self. A longer aalternator belt and instructions are included in every kit. The AEM pulley kit leaves the stock crankshaft torsional vibration damper so there are no worries about crankshaft bearing reliability like with an under drive crank pulley. Be sure to specify color.

AEM V-6 Alternator Pulley Kit $75
AEM 4 cyl Alternator/Power steering Pulley Kit    $140

New: AEM Adjustable Cam Sprocket for the 4 Cyl Eclipse  $160

Magnecor 8.5mm Ignition Wires

Magnecor's KV85 ignition wires feature a 2.5mm high capacity Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed conductor consisting of stainless steel wire precisely wound at 200 turns per inch over a ferrimagnetic core. The insulating jacket is made entirely of  high strength aerospace grade red silicone rubber, and its single layer construction will prolong the jacket's insulating ability by conducting extreme heat away from hot-spots that occur near over-the-limit heat sources. The KV85 8.5mm jacket has a service heat resistance of 600 degrees F (320 degrees C) and up to 1,000 degrees F (540 degrees C) for short burst 3 minutes. Magnecor uses a heavy silicone rubber end connector that is a much higher quality than the stock plastic ends used by Mitsubishi. This makes for a lower chance of spark burn through versus the stock wires, the main cause of ignition wire failure on a Eclipse. Your cars are brand new, you shouldn't be seeing any bad stock wires yet, these wires will still last longer and also look better too.

For V6 cars, you will need to remove the upper section of the intake manifold to install the wires. It is a 2 hour job the first time you do it, it only gets easier after that. Get used to it :-)
